Our Story
Family Konnect was founded in 2018 by our Managing Director, Silvia, initially as a sole proprietorship agency and has been operating as a company since last year. Silvia has over two decades of experience working with families and children in both government and non-government organisations. Her deep understanding of the challenges families face—especially children navigating complex family dynamics—has shaped the compassionate, child-focused approach that defines everything we do. Silvia brings both expertise and heart to her leadership.

Our mission is to provide safe, meaningful contact experiences that protect and nurture the bond between children and their parents. We are always on the lookout for passionate, like-minded individuals who share our commitment to child safety, emotional wellbeing, and making a genuine difference in the lives of families.
