Phone Intake Assessment Interview (Mandatory)	All	$100 per parent	One-off fee for both parents.

Child Familiarisation Session (Non-mandatory)	Weekday	$220	1 hour – Includes written report A supportive session designed for children who may need reassurance or encouragement to engage in supervised visitations.
	Weekend	$280	Conducted at the child’s home to ensure a familiar and comfortable environment.
Home Safety Check (Mandatory for in-home visits)	Weekday	$180

Meet & Greet Session (Non-mandatory)	Weekday	$60	An introductory session where the child meets the supervisor for the first time. This usually takes place approximately 30 minutes before the first supervised visit start time, at the visit venue or at other agreed location.
	Weekend	$80	This session can also be done via Zoom or facetime. The purpose is to help the child feel more at ease.

Includes: 3-hour engagement, comprehensive written report (with a minimum of eight photos if approved), emailed within 72 hours.

Includes: 2 changeovers per day + 2 brief written reports (combined).

Zoom or FaceTime – 1-hour session, includes a comprehensive written report.
