We've designed a streamlined intake process to get your visits or changeovers started quickly. First both party's must submit their online forms here from there they will be invited to attend an over the phone intake interview to learn more about the family circumstances the the child/ren's needs. We provide a comprehensive, impartial observation report for every supervised contact session and/or changeover. The cost of the report is fully included in our Supervised Contact Package, which you can find here.

• You will receive a highly descriptive written account of the full session interactions, plus 8 photos of the interactions during the visit.

• Reports are finalised within 72 hours of the service and distributed to both parties ensuring you have accurate, transparent documentation ready for any court proceedings.

Visits are facilitated in safe, neutral environments tailored to the child's needs and familiar locations. Venues can include parks, libraries, play centres, or other community-based venues.

Additionally, we also have availability for supervision in a room in Pyrmont for families that require a contact centre and live in Sydney.
