First both party's must submit their online forms here from there they will be invited to attend an over the phone intake interview to learn more about the family circumstances the the child/ren's needs. Visits are facilitated in safe, neutral environments tailored to the child's needs and familiar locations. Venues can include parks, libraries, play centres, or other community-based venues. We help parents choose venues that are safe, accessible, and suitable for their child’s needs. You can explore examples on our Recommended Venues page. Additionally we also provide contact supervision in our centre located in Pyrmont for families that require a contact centre and live in Sydney.
