We provide a comprehensive, impartial observation report for every supervised contact session and/or changeover. The cost of the report is fully included in our Supervised Contact Package, which you can find here. You will receive a highly descriptive written account of the full session interactions, plus 8 photos of the interactions during the visit. Reports are finalised within 72 hours of the service and distributed to both parties ensuring you have accurate, transparent documentation ready for any court proceedings.

Visits are facilitated in safe, neutral environments tailored to the child's needs and familiar locations. Venues can include parks, libraries, play centres, or other community-based venues. We help parents choose venues that are safe, accessible, and suitable for their child’s needs. You can explore examples on our Recommended Venues page. Additionally, we also have availability for supervision in a room in Pyrmont for families that require a contact centre and live in Sydney.
