What is involved in the intake process?

We've designed a streamlined intake process to get your visits or changeovers started quickly. First both party's must submit their online forms here f(https://www.familykonnect.com.au/intake-form)rom there they will be invited to attend an over the phone intake interview to learn more about the family circumstances the the child/ren's needs. Do you provide reports

We provide a comprehensive, impartial observation report for every supervised contact session and/or changeover. The cost of the report is fully included in our Supervised Contact Package,(https://www.familykonnect.com.au/our-fees) which you can find here.(https://www.familykonnect.com.au/our-fees)

• You will receive a highly descriptive written account of the full session interactions, plus up to 8 photos of the child/children during the visit.
 • Reports are finalised within 72 hours of the service and distributed to both parties ensuring you have accurate, transparent documentation ready for any court proceedings.

Where can Visits / Changeovers take place?

Visits are facilitated in safe, neutral environments tailored to the child's needs and familiar locations. Venues can include parks, libraries, play centres, or other community-based venues.

We help parents choose venues that are safe, accessible, and suitable for their child’s needs. You can explore examples on our Recommended Venues (https://www.familykonnect.com.au/recommended-venues)page.

Additionally, we also have availability for supervision in a room in Pyrmont for families that require a contact centre and live in Sydney.
