Referral Process and Bookings
Streamlined intake process for efficient service commencement

Referral and Quote
Any representative of the organisation can make referrals, such as caseworkers or managers. Start by completing our online referral form. We also accept job request details by email. Please write your email to contact@familykonnect.com.au.

We will provide a quote, including all required hours and request details.

Commencement of Support
Once we receive a booking, we will confirm it and assign a support worker or supervisor, depending on the service requested. We will then share the worker's details with the caseworker or manager responsible for the case. Where possible, the caseworker or Family Konnect will prepare a visit schedule.

For ongoing, long-term arrangements, we will also prepare a service agreement, a roster listing the supervisors working with the family, and running notes and contact reports.

We maintain $20m Public Liability and $10m Professional Indemnity insurance for all services provided, ensuring complete peace of mind and contractual compliance for all our partners.
