24/7 & In-Home Support ( SIL )

Round-the-clock supervision and support within the home for high-needs placements or crisis situations. We provide awake-shifts and active behavioural management to de-escalate volatile situations and maintain the safety of the placement.

Our Intake Process

Clear step by step guidance from first referral to reports; simple, child first, and efficient

Referral Process

Referrals can be made any representative of the organisation or the parents themselves. Start by completing our online referral form. The form takes approx. 10 - 12 mins to complete.

After we receive your referral and forms:

  • Receive a detailed Quote within 1 business and will get in touch to organise a service schedule.

Commencement of Support

We conduct an internal risk assessment and select the best-fit staff member based on the child’s behavioural profile and cultural needs.

Service commences. Depending on the service we will provide detailed observational reports or shift notes compiled for easy scanning on a weekly or daily basis.
