Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking dedicated Contact Supervisors and Support Workers to join us as independent contractors across NSW, ACT, QLD, and VIC.

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, Early Childhood Education, Youth Work, Teaching or similar.

  • Experience in child protection, community services, family work, family law, domestic violence, mental health, drugs and alcohol abuse support or similar.

  • Calm, empathetic, and professional communication style.

  • Understanding of trauma-informed care and family dynamics.

  • Strong written skills for report writing.

  • Strong observational skills and the ability to closely monitor interactions between parents and children.

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC - NSW & Victoria) or BLUE card (Queensland).

  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

  • Valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

  • ABN and eligibility to work as an independent contractor.

  • Access to a carseat or booster seat, a laptop and a mobile phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate face-to-face and/or virtual safe and meaningful contact between children and the parent they do not live with, following court orders or parenting agreements.

  • Observe and document interactions and complete clear, factual contact reports using our report template.

  • Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of the child/ren

  • Maintain neutrality and professionalism at all times

  • Ensure safety protocols and boundaries are upheld

  • Communicate professionally with all parties involved

  • Provide feedback or recommendations where appropriate

  • Work independently and manage flexible, often weekend-based hours
