Phone Intake Assessment Interview (Mandatory)
This is a one-off fee for both parents.
Child Familiarisation Session (Non-mandatory)
This is a 1-hour session that includes a written report. It is a supportive session designed for children who may need reassurance or encouragement to engage in supervised visitations. This session is conducted at the child’s home to ensure a familiar and comfortable environment.
Meet & Greet Session (Non-mandatory)
An introductory session where the child meets the supervisor for the first time. This usually takes place approximately 30 minutes before the first supervised visit start time, at the visit venue or at another agreed location. This session can also be done via Zoom or Facetime. The purpose is to help the child feel more at ease.

Includes: 3-hour engagement, comprehensive written report, with a minimum of eight photos if approved, emailed within 72 hours. Additional hours are charged at $100 weekdays, $120 Saturdays and $140 Sunday and $180 on public holidays (per hour)
